When is ‘Industry’ season three out in the UK?

The investment bank drama is back, with Kit Harrington joining the cast

The third season of HBO and BBC’s investment bank drama Industry is here – but how can fans in the UK watch the new episodes?

Industry follows the lives of a group of bankers working in the London office of the fictional company Pierpoint & Co, focusing on a group of recent graduates as well as their mentors.

The third season of the drama series was officially commissioned in October 2022, just weeks after the premiere of season two.

A statement from HBO vice president of programming Kathleen McCaffrey said: “Industry reached new heights in season two, cementing its status as a buzzy hit with addictive storytelling, layered characters, a breakneck pace, and keen observations about contemporary workplace dynamics.”

In a review of the first season of the show, NME said of Industry: ”It makes the world of banking look deeply unappealing, but makes it very fun to watch others suffer through it.”

The show has proved to be a launching pad for a number of its stars, with Marisa Abela, who plays the wealthy graduate Yasmin, having recently portrayed Amy Winehouse in the biopic Back To Black.

Myha’la Herrold has gone on to star in films Bodies Bodies Bodies and Leave The World Behind since first appearing on the show, and Harry Lawtey is set to play Harvey Dent in the upcoming Joker: Folie à Deux.

It was also recently confirmed that joining the cast for this third season will be Game Of Thrones’ Kit Harrington, who will play the British aristocrat Lord Henry Much, described as “the embodiment of ‘old money’ privilege”.
